Large Format Digital Printing
Large-format Digital Printing is the process of using an ink-delivery system to output full-color art from electronic files to various digital media, up to 60" wide. This material is taken up on a second roll after it passes the print heads and dryer. It can then be hemmed, grommeted, mounted to a substrate or laminated. The compatible large-format plotter will cut shapes or letters to be applied to substrates or installed on vehicles. Any image that is in print can be scanned and output. Any digital photo can be downloaded and output to print. Your digital art can be "ripped" and printed, sized to fit the entire side of an 18' cube van or a 4' x 8' Realtor sign, and anything in between. Our 60" Solvent-based Mimaki printer provides superior weather/fade resistance in short-term outdoor environments, without lamination, when compared to water-based injet printers. We laminate our prints for all long-term outdoor applications to assure maximum durability and fade-resistance.
Good design is also an important feature of a quality print or sign. Our graphic designers will provide a well-designed proof for the customer's approval and work with you on every detail.
